Will I have to pay value added tax (VAT)?


All customers based in the UK are subject to 20% VAT and prices are shown with VAT included. All customers based in the EU are subject to their country's VAT rate (as per new EU VAT regulation) and prices are shown with this included. Customers based outside of the UK and EU are not subject to VAT and prices are shown with VAT deducted - please note you may be subject to your country's import duties and taxes. The final VAT rate is applied once the shipping address is determined. 


Will I have to pay import tax or customs duties in the UK or EU as a result of Brexit?


No, customers in the UK and EU do not need to pay any additional taxes or duties. The purchase price shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay.


In which currency can I make payment?


You can make payment in GBP, EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, SEK, DKK, CHF, NOK, HKD, JPY, KRW, NZD, PLN or SGD. You can view prices on our website in these currencies by selecting it on the currency drop-down menu. Please note these are based on the prevailing exchange rate.


Can I amend or cancel my order?


If your order has yet to be shipped, send us an email and we will do our best to amend or cancel your order. It may be possible to request a different size or to remove or add products. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes once your order has been shipped.

How do I track my order?


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email from us that will contain a link to track your parcel.


How do I know if my order was placed successfully?


We will email you to confirm your order has been received and is being processed. Occasionally, our order confirmation email may fail to send successfully depending on a number of factors. If this is the case, we will endeavour to get in touch with you as soon as possible.


Why can't I select pickup in-store?


If a product is in-stock at our warehouse but not at our shop, Shopify will not allow you to select the 'pickup in-store' option. To get around this, please use your name and our shop address as your delivery address and we will recognise this as an in-store pickup order:

What size should I opt for?


You can find each of our garments' size guides via their respective product pages, which show detailed measurements in both centimetres and inches and how we measure our products. We recommend you compare our size guide measurements with a similar garment that you own. Alternatively, you can also input your measurements and our size guide will recommend a size for you - we would suggest submitting your body measurements for greater accuracy.
