Product Development & Sourcing assistant

Natalino is an independent menswear brand based in central London. We create thoughtfully designed clothing that combines the ease of classic Italian tailoring with a contemporary sensibility, working closely with specialist makers and suppliers across Europe, the UK, and Japan.

As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a Product Development & Sourcing Assistant to support our Head of Design across product development, sourcing and production logistics.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable coordinating with suppliers and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Working closely with the Head of Design, you will support the full product development process, from sampling and fittings through to production handover. You will coordinate with factories and suppliers, track development timelines and gather product and sourcing information to keep projects moving smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Design throughout the product development and sourcing process
  • Coordinate sampling logistics, including shipping fabrics, trims and other development materials
  • Track development timelines, sample status and deliveries to and from factories
  • Take detailed notes during fittings and communicate fit comments and amendments to pattern cutters and factories
  • Keep measurement charts accurate and up to date across all products
  • Maintain records of product quotes and pricing from existing and prospective factories and suppliers
  • Prepare cost sheets for new product developments
  • Create and maintain BOMs (Bills of Materials) for production orders, following the directions of the Head of Design
  • Monitor development lead times and proactively flag delays or changes that may impact production planning.
  • Coordinate orders for soft labels, hang tags, and packaging
  • Ensure product development information is accurate, organised and clearly communicated across suppliers and internal teams

Skills and experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in fashion/product development, pattern cutting, textiles, sourcing or a related discipline
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working with numbers, measurements, product specifications and supplier quotes
  • Confident communicating with factories, suppliers and international partners
  • Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive, reliable and confident following up with suppliers
  • Good knowledge of garment construction and fabrics
  • Background in fashion/product development, pattern cutting, or textiles & sourcing preferred
  • Microsoft Excel experience preferred

  • £26,000 – £30,000 dependent on experience

Part/Full-Time Sales Associate

Natalino is an independent clothing brand producing a concise and considered collection of relaxed, elegant classic menswear. Based in London, we work closely with small workshops and specialists in the UK, Italy, Portugal, and Japan to make thoughtfully designed pieces.

We opened our first store in Fitzrovia, London in December 2023 and we’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about menswear and retail to join our small yet dynamic team as a full-time retail salesperson.

Key responsibilities:

  • General shop tasks including stock taking, labelling, steaming, folding, and wrapping
  • Provide a high level of customer service to build and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Process sales through the POS system and customer returns
  • Open and close the shop
  • Visual merchandise the store in a stylish and contemporary way
  • Monitor sales performance
  • Liaise with alterations tailor for customer alterations
  • Liaise with the warehouse to ensure appropriate stock levels in-store
  • Actively participate in photoshoots and other content creation for our social media

Skills and experience:

  • Have a keen eye and be obsessive over detail
  • Have a cheerful, reliable and enthusiastic personality
  • Have a deep understanding of our products as well as our style and fit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with alterations would be a plus
  • Be a brand ambassador, representing Natalino with excellent personal presentation
