S/S 26 - Staff Picks #3

There's always something interesting about seeing which pieces become staples in different wardrobes. Personal styling, favourite combinations and everyday habits all give the clothes a distinctly individual feel.

This time, we caught up with three more members of the Natalino team to talk through the pieces they've been reaching for most. Each outfit feels personal, showing how the collection can adapt to different styles, body shapes and their own way of dressing.

NATALIA'S PICKS

“I wear shirts more than any other top in my wardrobe,” Natalia says. “They’re what I reach for most throughout the year because they instantly elevate an everyday outfit without compromising on comfort or feeling overdressed. In the winter, I layer them under knitwear, while in the summer I simply roll up the sleeves. This Bengal stripe button down has been my go-to over the past few months. I especially love how soft and breathable our cotton poplin is, while still maintaining a refined structure.”

To balance the look, she paired it with our light blue wash 5-pocket denim. The high-rise fit falls into a looser, more relaxed silhouette on her.

"I’ve finished the outfit with our brown suede braided belt and beige cotton jumper draped over my shoulders. I often like to style the jumper this way, to add texture and depth to a look.”

JULIAN'S PICKS

“I’ve always liked a double breasted jacket because it’s smarter by nature, but this mock leno version feels much more relaxed,” Julian says. “The open weave makes it lightweight and breathable, so it’s an easy piece to wear throughout the warmer months.”

“What I like most is how versatile it is. Today I’m wearing it with grey tropical wool trousers, a shirt and tie for a more tailored look, but I’ll just as easily throw it on with a white sport tee and jeans. It’s the kind of jacket that works across different occasions without feeling out of place.”

Here Julian pairs the double breasted mock leno jacket with our charcoal tropical wool trousers, button down Oxford shirt and Shibumi tie for a refined summer outfit.

NATHALIE'S PICKS

“I’m always looking for ways to make tailoring feel a little more effortless,” Natty says. “This cocoa linen blazer has become one of my favourites because it works with so much of my wardrobe. I had it altered to keep the slightly oversized shape while making the fit feel just right for me.”

“I tend to style everything my way, I love pairing it with my ecru jeans and the navy sport tee. The slight crop of the tee sits perfectly under the jacket and keeps the whole outfit feeling relaxed while still looking put together.”

Here Nathalie wears the cocoa linen blazer with ecru straight leg denim and a navy sport tee. Thoughtful alterations and her own styling give the jacket a silhouette that feels entirely her own.
