Customers based outside of the UK and EU are not charged VAT on our website. However, please note that you may be subject to your country's import taxes and duties.
We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by destination customs clearance processes.
No import tax or duties are payable for orders under USD 800 (including shipping). Please get in touch if you would like to order in excess of this amount.

We are currently unable to ship orders to Russia.
We hope you are happy with your order but if you are not totally satisfied you may return your item(s) within 28 days for a refund (or 14 days for sale items).
Please ensure returned item(s) are in an unworn and resalable condition with all original packaging, accessories (including hangers), and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
All returns must include a completed returns form and original order note. If no paperwork is included, the warehouse may not be able to process your return or it may be delayed.
Please allow up to 10 working days upon receipt of your parcel for your return to be processed and up to 14 days for the refund to show on your account due to the varying processing times between payment providers. Please note we do not refund the original shipping cost.
We reserve the right to deduct a £5 fee for repeated returns and / or missing accessories (if applicable).
For exchanges, please return the original item(s) back to us following the below 'How to Return' steps and place a new order.

Returning from the UK:

A £5 fee will be deducted for the return of sale items.
Returning from the EU:
Please send your return to the return address provided on the returns form. We recommend you use a tracked service.
Please note Northern Ireland remains in the UK and EU single market and no customs-related documentation is required when returning from within the UK or EU.
Returning from the US:
We offer assisted returns whereby we provide you with a FedEx return label and customs documentation to ensure a hassle-free process. The cost of this is GBP 35, which we deduct from your refund. Please email us with your order number (or simply reply to your order confirmation email) and item(s) you wish to return. Alternatively, you can send your return via a method of your choosing – please follow the instructions below if so.
Returning from the Rest of World:
Please send returns back to the return address provided on the returns form. We recommend you use a tracked service. Please mark ‘Returned Goods’ clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel and ensure ‘Returned Goods’ is selected on any customs declaration forms.
