Shipping for all orders will be provided via a fully tracked, express service that will require a signature upon receipt. We charge a flat rate for every shipment; please see below for rates and services.
We offer free express shipping in the UK for orders over £100, to Europe for orders over £150, and to the Rest of the World for orders over £200.

We aim to dispatch orders received by 2pm on a weekday on the same day. Orders received after 2pm on a weekday, on a weekend day, or on a UK Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
For customer orders outside the UK and EU, we will deduct the applicable VAT rate at checkout. However, please note that you may be subject to your country's import taxes and duties.
We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Russian Customers: Please be aware that due to issues with Russian customs, we are unable to ship orders via express courier to Russia; orders will instead be shipped via standard service.
We hope you are happy with your order but if you are not totally satisfied you may return your item(s) within 28 days for a refund or exchange. Please ensure returned item(s) are in an unworn and resalable condition with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
We offer free UK returns via CollectPlus. Simply print the pre-paid returns label provided in our email to you after your request to return your item(s), attach the label and drop the parcel off at any one of the 7,000+ CollectPlus stores. Shipping costs for returns from outside the UK are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges are offered only for the same style in a different size or colour. We will ship the replacement item(s) to you free of charge and mark the shipment as ‘exchange goods with no commercial value’ on the basis any taxes / duties were applied to the original order. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we ask that you request a refund and place a new order for the new item.
How to Return an Item
Please contact us by emailing email@example.com. Include your name, order number, the item(s) you are returning, reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please print and complete the returns form that we will email you and ensure your item(s) are securely packaged and post the parcel back to us, using the free returns label for UK orders or a recorded delivery service for non-UK orders as the item(s) are your responsibility until they arrive back to us. If applicable, please mark the parcel as 'returned goods'. Please allow up to 3 working days upon receipt of your parcel for your return to be processed and up to 10 working days for the refund to show on your account due to the varying processing times between payment providers.
