S/S 26 - STAFF PICKS

To celebrate the new collection, we took a few members of the Natalino team around the neighbourhood to show us how they’ve been wearing their favourite pieces lately.

From everyday combinations to personal styling details, this series offers a closer look at the garments through the people who know them best, a small look into the people behind Natalino and how the new collection naturally fits into their day-to-day wardrobes.

MATT'S PICKS

"I've been wearing my cocoa linen suit on repeat lately," Matt says, "it’s such an easy choice for the warmer days and one I keep finding myself turning to on warm days when I don't want to think too hard about what to wear.”

This is one of those suits that gets better the more you use it," one of my favourite things about this suit is the softness of the linen, which has created a personal patina with wear, giving it an effortless, lived-in character that's easy to wear in town or at more relaxed events."

Matt is also keen on the colour which is "a shade you don't see in tailoring very often," but which is "subtle enough so you don't stand out."

He’s paired it with our button down shirt in blue stripe, Shibumi Repp tie, and our new Belgian loafers in dark brown suede, which he says have quickly become one of the most comfortable pairs in his collection.

LUKE'S PICKS

"I think this overshirt is perfect for those days where I don't feel like wearing a blazer, but still want to look smart and put-together," Luke tells me, "also, I love how I can carry my wallet, keys and all my other essential items in the pockets."

"Today I'm wearing it with a linen shirt and thrown on my dusty pink crew neck sweater over the shoulders for an easy pop of colour, as well as a layering option for when it gets cooler in the evening."

Paired with cream linen trousers, this has become one of Luke's go-to outfits for a more relaxed vibe on sunny days.

ED'S PICKS

Ed’s terracotta cotton crew neck sweater has seen a lot of action lately, especially on the cooler early summer days.

"I've been wearing this thing more that I would like to admit," says Ed, "it’s one of those pieces that just feels great the moment I put it on - soft, comfortable, and easy to wear through day to night."

Here he has paired it with the Casual Relaxed Pleated Trouser in Navy Brushed Cotton - "I'm trying to put some miles on these trousers which I use mainly for more casual fits; I really like the fact that they're starting to fade slightly and develop some character."

He often throws on his go-to Navy Washed Cotton Overshirt when the temperamental London summer weather demands it.
